1 : What is the Return policy period?

 

Our endeavor is to provide the best customer service every time you shop with us, however please do not lose your faith in us if you receive a wrong product and wrong design. You can initiate a return request (only if you receive wrong product) within 2 days of product delivery.

 

Return is not accepted if receive the product that you order

 

All returns are refunded in the form of Store Credits.

 

Store Credits can be redeemed on any product on our website within a period of six months.

*Please note that Cash on Delivery & Shipping Charges would not be included in the refund value as these are non-refundable charges.

 

2 : How do I return an item purchased on Civena?

 

If you are receive wrong product that you have purchased from us, you can intitate the return request within 2 days from the deliver date and get credit amount in your Civena account (P.S. Returned products should not be damaged/should be in the state in which you received and in the original packaging).

 

Once your return request gets approved by us, you now have to ship the product at the our address mentioned on the invoice. Please note that you need to share the courier receipt with tracking details within 2 days of your return request approval failing which your return request stands cancelled.

 

Return request will not be processed unless approved by Civena.com. In case customer ships/courier the product without getting return request being approved, return request will be liable for cancellation.

 

Civena.com will cover the cost of shipment only when the product received by the customer is Wrong Product. Upto Rs 100 will be refunded in the form of Civena Credits in your account.

 

3 : What are the checks done by Civena while accepting a return product from the customer?

 

  1. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in a sealed condition.
  2. The original packaging including tags, boxes should be intact while returning the merchandise.
  3. All the returned merchandise should be in original packaging condition and the address should to be pasted on the packet.

 

4 : When are returns not possible?

 

  1. Return request will be accepted only within 2 days from product delivery.
  2. Returns will not be accepted if returned merchandise is used, worn, washed or damaged.
  3. Returns will not be accepted if original packaging, invoice or tags are missing.
  4. Returns will not be accepted if receive product that you order

 

5 : I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product. What do I do?

 

Kindly Whatsapp / mail us and inform us about the cancellation of return request.
